Villa Macarella stands out above all for its fabulous and spacious exteriors and for its location, as it is situated in a natural environment, very quiet and about 10 minutes walk from the beach of Cala Galdana and very close to the route of the Camí de Cavalls to go to Cala Mitjana.



On entering the villa, we find on the left hand side the first double bedroom. This room has a double bed, a wardrobe with enough space to store clothes and air conditioning. Next to it is the spacious and modern bathroom, fully equipped with shower and hairdryer.



On the same floor is the modern, open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to satisfy all culinary needs. It has a table and chairs for all the guests, a vitro hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils.



Next, on this same floor, is the spacious living room. It is equipped with two sofas and a television. The living room is also equipped with air conditioning and has direct access to the terrace and to the outside of the villa where the swimming pool is located. The covered terrace is equipped with a large garden table and chairs for all the guests to enjoy a nice meal in the open air. There is also a chill-out area, perfect for enjoying a drink at sunset.



The other three double bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe to store all your clothes and air conditioning. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and hairdryer. The next double bedroom is equipped with two single beds, a wardrobe and air conditioning. Finally, the third bedroom also has two single beds, a wardrobe with enough space to store clothes and air conditioning. The other bathroom is also fully equipped with a shower.



The exterior of the villa for rent in Menorca has a private swimming pool, a barbecue and a terrace with a large garden area. There are eight sun loungers, a parasol and all the outdoor garden furniture necessary to enjoy the sun, the pool, and outdoor meals and evenings. On the back terrace there is also a space to hang out the washing.




Villa Macarella also has a washing machine, air conditioning, WiFi connection, hairdryer, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, clothes iron and ironing board and an area for hanging clothes, as well as all the equipment required by current legislation.



All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person are included in the price. A change of all used towels is provided on weekdays and bed linen is changed every 7 days and a cleaning is carried out.
