Our beach house "Sandrose 266", built in Scandinavian style, is in a fantastic location directly behind the dunes, only approx. 30 meters from the sea. It is exclusively furnished and leaves nothing to be desired.
The "secluded location" of our house (no immediate neighbors) is unique in the Strandpark, and you have a sea view from the upper floor.
Let your soul dangle in the beach chair on the terrace, relax in the sauna, from where you can jump over the dune into the Baltic Sea, lounge in the whirlpool, and then enjoy a good glass of red wine by the crackling fire in the fireplace.
Basic heating is provided by electric heating.
This is pure relaxation! Notes on additional costs and fees: Please note that during New Year's week, the property can only be booked weekly at a fixed price, with flexible arrival/departure days. A security deposit of €150 is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. (€200 over New Year's). The security deposit will be refunded after departure, minus incidental costs. Costs for electricity (€0.45 / kWh) and water (€6.50 / m³) will be charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee). Bed linen and towels can be ordered for a fee upon request. The tourist tax is due before arrival. A parking space near the house is available free of charge. An additional parking space can be rented for a fee. Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are located in a biosphere reserve, therefore grilling with open fires is not permitted.
