The villa of over 350 m² offers plenty of space to relax. Surrounded by a well-kept garden with a private pool, several terraces and cosy corners, it's the perfect place to unwind.

Several beautiful sandy beaches with restaurants are just a two-minute drive away, ideal for relaxation and fun.


A five-minute drive away is the centre of Torreguardiaro, with its supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, etc..., as well as the port of Sotogrande, where you'll find plenty of great bars and restaurants. So, if you don't feel like cooking, there's bound to be an option for every taste.


Sotogrande enjoys a microclimate with mild winters and pleasant summers without excessive heat. Enjoy the sea breeze with views of Gibraltar and Africa from your superb sun terrace.


If you are a golf enthusiast, Sotogrande is undoubtedly a name you know. Some of Europe's finest golf courses, such as Valderrama and La Reserva, are in the immediate vicinity.
