The ground floor of this stunning property features a welcoming snug, a dining room with a lovely large bay window and dining seating for sixteen guests, and a well-equipped kitchen with French doors that open onto a small, enclosed courtyard garden, perfect for alfresco dining! On the first floor of Birch House, you will find an additional large family sitting room, with plenty of seating and a wall-mounted TV, ideal for enjoying a family movie night.

There is also a door off the sitting room which leads onto a small balcony, which is perfect for soaking up the sights and sounds of Cromer.

The second floor is home to four en-suite bedrooms, two doubles, a twin, and a single.

Completing the property is the third floor, which houses a double and a twin bedroom, both of which are served by a well-appointed shower room.

All the bedrooms enjoy their own Freeview TV so you can still enjoy your favourite shows whilst tucked up! The vibrant cliff top seaside town of Cromer, well-known for its fresh crabs, enjoys a beautiful sandy beach and narrow little alleyways crammed with shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes.
