Es Turó is a beautiful luxury 200 m2 apartment with 150 m2 terraces, located right by the sea at the beach of Es Dolç in Colonia de Sant Jordi.
For up to 6 people. Kitchen with direct sea views, living room with direct sea views, 2 exclusive and modern bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms (two of them with direct access to the terrace) and the fantastic terrace on the beachfront.
This high quality, exclusive apartment is, literally, right by the sea. A priceless luxury. The sand begins at the end of the property and the sea, only a few metres away, is seen through all the windows of this beautiful apartment. The apartment has direct and private access to the beach.
The interior is modern and cool and boasts high quality furnishings, equipment and finishes. Have you noticed that all the bedrooms have access to the terrace? The living room is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is open and well-equipped, the bathrooms are exclusive and the bedrooms are light and perfect. And as said: wherever you are in the house, views of the sea and the promenade of the port of Colònia de Sant Jordi, will hypnotise you.
The house continues outside where the covered terrace (which can be enclosed for more privacy) provides a second living room and dining room with outdoor furniture designed for spending long hours having barbecues, meals and resting, while contemplating the views. Not to forget that the swimming pool of the Mediterranean Sea lies at your feet. The apartment also has a fantastic outdoor shower on the terrace.

Colònia de Sant Jordi, is one of the most attractive holiday areas in the southeast of Mallorca with its port, its full-of-life family atmosphere, its renowned restaurants providing excellent gastronomy (fresh fish, paellas, Spanish and Mallorcan cuisine…).
The beautiful beaches with crystal clear water are, without doubt, the greatest attraction of the area: Es Dolç, beach is on your doorstep and the heavenly Es Trenc, beach is the other side of the town (20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car). A 25 minute walk and you get to the unspoilt beach of Es Carbó, although in summer, at 40º it is better to go by boat (Santanyí Rentals can tell you about this and other excursions and activities that we can organise for you).
