The holiday apartment is very centrally located in the heart of Kappeln, in the Schlei-Baltic Sea region.
The absolutely quiet, bright, and high-quality furnished holiday apartment "Kappeln 337" impresses with its large roof terrace and private access.
Facing south, it forms the east wing of a building complex laid out around a very beautiful, quiet, and private courtyard with seating areas and beach chairs.
The holiday apartment is charmingly designed in a Nordic style with many extras and is 78 sqm as a roof terrace loft with underfloor heating.
It is only a few minutes' walk to the harbor and the Schlei. The roof terrace can be reached via the custom-made terrace door in the living area and offers a perfectly protected, private wellness experience with a beach chair and additional outdoor furniture – ideal for relaxing in the Schlei-Baltic Sea region.
The loft consists of a spacious open living-kitchen-sleeping area and a modern bathroom. The luxury brand Bulthaup kitchen features a kitchenette with a sink, dishwasher, refrigerator with Fresh function, and a multi-function oven.
The island has an induction hob and ample storage space with soft-close drawers.
All appliances are from high-quality brand manufacturers such as Miele, Siemens, or NEFF.

Die Wohnung ist superschön. Wir sind sehr freundlich bei der Ankunft empfangen worden und man hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das gibt es nicht oft.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
Für die Ausstattung gebe ich nur 4 Punkte wein uns eine Mikrowelle gefehlt hat.
