The residence is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and lifts of Les Orres 1800. Take advantage of its shared relaxation area: swimming pool, hammam and sauna!
This apartment for up to 7 people comprises a living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The accommodation comprises
- Living room with pull-out sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: bunk bed, single bed, TV
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath

Outside:
- A shared outdoor swimming pool (heated) in the residence.
- A shared sauna in the residence
The swimming pool and sauna are accessible when the Les Orres resort is open, generally from the beginning of December to the end of April (opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the resort).
- Two private parking spaces 150 m from the house (2 cars in a row).

The house is ideally located in Les Orres, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- The house is ideally located at the foot of the slopes: ski in, ski out, with a breathtaking view over the valley. The French Ski School (ESF) and shops are just 300 metres away, offering perfect proximity to the essentials of the resort.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage, which can accommodate 2 cars in a row.

- 5 shuttle buses run between the various districts of Les Orres and the resort centre.
- Nearest train station: Embrun 20 km away (approx. 30 mins by car)
- Nearest airport: Sandro-Pertini Turin 187 km away
