Located five minutes by car from the village of Le Diamant and all its amenities (Restaurants, pharmacies, mini-markets, beach, etc.), it is placed on a large plot, with no direct neighbours, in a very quiet area.

Outdoor atmosphere

The exteriors of the Villa are very pleasant, offering a superb sea view and guaranteeing total privacy without vis-à-vis. The outdoor terrace is sheltered and equipped with a dining table that can accommodate eight people, two pleasant outdoor lounges, a charcoal barbecue and a magnificent private swimming pool of approximately 6mx3m, secured by an immersed alarm and decorated with Bali tiles. The swimming pool is treated with salt and is very well exposed to the Sun. A beautiful bridge surrounds it, presenting several deckchairs. Secure private parking, since inside the property, will allow you to easily park up to five cars.

. Villa Blue Moon is located at the foot of the beautiful mountain of Morne Larcher, a hike promising a superb sea view from its summit.


Interior design


Villa Blue Moon has four beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms, which can accommodate up to eight people. The house was built in two parts (Life/Night), separated by a sheltered and ventilated patio,

equipped with a bar and a comfortable outdoor lounge.


The corridor of the rooms

The night part of the Villa is done by the patio, deducted on a luminous corridor serving the four rooms of the house.

. Bedroom 1, sea view: Double bed 160 cm, dressing room, air conditioning, terrace and swimming pool access.

. Bedroom 2, sea view: 2 single beds 90cm that can be pushed together, dressing room, air conditioning, terrace and swimming pool access.

These two rooms diverge from a bathroom: WC, shower, basin.

. Bedroom 3 and 4, sea view: 160 cm double bed, dressing room, air conditioning, individual bathroom (WC, shower,

basin), terrace and pool access.

. A desk area (Small desk + 01 chair) is available in the extension of the hallway to the bedrooms.


The living space and the kitchen

Open to the terrace and the dining room, the kitchen of the Villa Blue Moon is very well equipped, composed of the following elements
4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, American fridge (fridge and freezer), dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, electric wine cellar, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.


A laundry area juxtaposes the kitchen, providing access to various equipment
Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, safe, cot and high chair, outdoor equipment (cooler, plastic dishes).


The kitchen extends into a very pleasant living space as it is fully glazed, as well as a living room offering an air-conditioned television area, with adjoining sanitary facilities.

The living room offers a flat screen television (Bouquet Orange and Apple TV) as well as connected speakers, offering you a pleasant listening quality.


Terms of stay
. Stays are for a minimum of five nights outside holidays, and seven nights during school holidays.

. You will be asked for a compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee, as well as a tourist tax of €1.80 / day / person over 18 years old. This will be collected upon your arrival.

. A non-debited credit card imprint, for €3,000.00, will be requested when entering the Villa, as a deposit of

warranty (terminated upon departure).


Good to know

There is an unfenced access to the sea, from the garden of the Villa. Supervision of young children is essential (presence of cacti and steep drops around the house). It is not recommended to swim below the house, the sea is dangerous there.

Parental supervision is essential throughout the stay.

It is strictly forbidden to organize in this Villa, any type of event (Party, wedding, evening...), nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people outside the rental contract.


To enhance your stay : An additional private Concierge offer will allow you to have access to a whole range of services – Chef at home, masseur, sports coach, baby sitting, excursions, reservations of all kinds, etc. – in order to allow you to optimize your stay in the Villa as well as possible. A kitchen base will be placed there. Hygiene products will be available in the bathrooms. On your arrival, you will be welcomed with cold drinks as well than the elements of the first breakfast. Possibility of meal delivery.
