In a peaceful part of the charming town of Stresa, this airy apartment is less than a 15-minute walk from the shores of Lake Maggiore.
On the second floor (with lift) of an attractive modern residence, the apartment sleeps 5 people in comfort.
It makes an ideal base from which to explore the lake and the surrounding country. The décor throughout the property is modern and tasteful.
The contemporary living area has two sofas, a flat-screen Smart Digital TV and a dining area.
Double glass doors lead out to a private terrace with a table and chairs for an aperitivo.
The separate kitchen is brand new and well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.
There is also a convenient breakfast bar. The apartment has a separate laundry room with a washing machine and sink. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The corner master bedroom has a king-size double bed and a wardrobe, plus a glass door leading out onto the balcony. Bedroom 2: This light-filled bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3: This cosy bedroom has a single bed, a large wardrobe and French windows leading out onto the balcony that runs along the edge of the apartment. Otherwise, there are many excellent grocery shops and supermarkets close by. Milan’s international Malpensa airport is a 50-minute drive.

We had a nice week in a clean and spacy apartment. It was a nice surprise to realise that beside the bathroom there was a "powder room". We didn't see that in the descripton. We had a week there and did not once sit in the living room. When we were in the partment we were always sitting on the lovel...

Esperienza bellissima, la casa sembrava nuova (era in perfette condizioni) e abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro (10 minuti a piedi). Unico difetto: non ha posto auto, ma noi abbiamo trovato facilmente lungo la strada
