The living area, with a sofa and two comfortable armchairs, offers the perfect setting to linger by the crackling fireplace during colder hours. In summer, the day can end idyllically here. A staircase leads you upstairs to the gallery, which, with its panoramic windows, also offers a great view of the lake. Also on the upper floor are the two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. The house is located near the city center in a quiet environment on the water, close to the Vechtesee lake. There is a direct connection to the bicycle path network of the excellent cycling city of Nordhorn.
Nearby are the Nordhorn Zoo, an indoor swimming pool, a skate park, shopping facilities, and a cinema. The border to the Netherlands is just a short bike ride away.
At the nearby Vechtesee lake, there is a pedal boat rental with direct access to the canals of the city center and also to the lakeside park.
