Independent gîte on 2 levels. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen open to a dining-living room, a laundry room, a master suite with queen size bed and its own bathroom, a separate toilet. Upstairs: a master suite with two 80 cm beds which can be zipped into a 160 cm bed and its bathroom, a bedroom with two 80 cm beds which can also be zipped and a bedroom with two single bunk beds. These last two rooms have a shared bathroom. Outside: enclosed grounds of 500m2, a beautiful terrace with shade sail in summer, private swimming pool (6 x 3.50m) open from the beginning of April to the end of October depending on weather conditions, and heated outside of July-August. Pool towel rental: €5/bath towels.
Electric vehicle charging station: flat rate €50/vehicle for 1 to 7 days of use, to be paid on site (recharging prohibited on a conventional power outlet) Au Clos de Manon is a little haven of peace in Vers Pont du Gard, a town where the remains of the majestic Pont du Gard are located. You can go to Pont du Gard on foot (or by bike), via the Voie verte which runs alongside our gîtes.
The village of Vers is a charming village, with all the necessary shops.
