Village environment. Independent cottage for 6 adults and 2 children (maximum age of children 13 years). Living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms including one attic (1 bed 140, 1 bed 160 and 1 sofa bed convertible into 140), 1 rest area (small room without window with 2 bunk beds 90), shower room with toilet, and 1 separate toilet with large sink, cellar with washing machine.
Large enclosed land of 2500 m2 with shaded areas. Summer kitchen accessible from the garden, with lounge area. Charcoal barbecue and electric barbecue.
Conditions for welcoming animals: only 1 animal accepted. Country house at the foot of the Cévennes, quiet but not isolated. The Gardon d'Alès flows on the other side of the large and pleasant garden.
Shops are very close.
