The Pineda residence is located in the rather quiet but well-developed district of Bibione Pineda on the Adriatic coast.

Restaurants and shops are just a few minutes' walk away.

The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away and offers entertainment for young and old as well as playgrounds and various water sports facilities.

A large promenade for evening strolls can be found in the centre of Bibione. The flat Tipo B1 is located on the first, second or third floor (lift available) and can accommodate a maximum of 3 people (extra occupancy with a baby would be possible on request when booking).

The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed.

The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space.

In the living area there is also a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, an espresso pot, a fridge with freezer compartment and a gas hob.

The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.

A covered car park is available.

The journey time from the Italian border is approx. 4 hours.

Paved access paths to the shoreline and sunshades guarantee access to the beach for pushchairs and disabled people. POOL Although the residence does not have its own pool, it is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful sandy beach. FAMILY-FRIENDLY The sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea, can be easily reached on foot and is ideal for families with small children.

Bibione offers families many playgrounds and children's entertainment on the beach.

Or how about a bike tour? In Bibione, you can also explore the surrounding area on two wheels, thanks to the fantastic cycle paths.

If you need a travel cot or high chair for your child, you can hire them. LEISURE AND SPORTS Whether it's windsurfing, kayaking, beach volleyball or aquagym in the sea, Bibione has countless activities on offer.

In addition to the pleasantly warm water, the thermal baths also offer various spa treatments.

In the evening you can enjoy the nightlife of Bibione.

Various concerts with live music are held in the squares in the centre.

A walk along the moonlit beach makes for romantic holiday moments.

There are several discos with different styles of music for night owls. SHOPPING There are several shops within walking distance where you can find groceries and everyday items.

The centre of Bibione with its various shops invites you to go on a leisurely shopping spree. CATERING The well-equipped kitchen has a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity, allowing you to cook for yourself.

If you don't want to cook yourself, you can visit one of the many restaurants in Bibione and indulge in good Italian cuisine. PETS 1 dog up to max. 10kg and 50cm are allowed and must be registered at the time of booking.

Dangerous dog breeds are not allowed.

Here dog owners will find the best conditions for a relaxing day at the beach with their dog.

In the summer months, free dog training courses and agility trails are offered on the dog beach every Thursday.
