We are offering this 4-star-rated, traditional log chalet for rent in Bolquère, featuring mountain views and within walking distance of the ski resort.
It has a floor area of 117 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and a partially enclosed garden of approximately 400 m². On the ground floor: - Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190) - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet - A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer Upstairs: - A 30 m² living area with a TV, corner sofa, wood-burning stove (wood provided) and a dining area - A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) - A shower room - A separate toilet Outside: - A lovely private garden of 400 m², partially enclosed - A large terrace of 23 m², accessible from the living room, facing south, with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days - An outdoor ski storage area with 2 snow shovels The house is ideally situated in Bolquère, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, within a residential neighbourhood.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… You’ll be just 500 m from the ski lifts at the Pyrénées 2000/Superbolquère resort.
Bolquère Pyrénées 2000 is one of the largest ski areas in the Pyrénées-Orientales.
You’ll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… You’ll also be just 1½ hours from Perpignan and Barcelona, close to the Spanish enclave of Llivia and the town of Puigcerda. Activities - Tourist attractions: Villefranche-de-Conflent (a fortified medieval town), Llivia (a Spanish enclave in France), the ‘Yellow Train’ of Cerdagne (partly a journey to discover the landscapes of the Cerdan high plateau)... - Sports activities: hiking trails, downhill and cross-country ski runs, snowshoeing, sledging and other mountain activities... - Cultural visits: the hermitage of Font-Romeu (one of the most famous pilgrimage sites in the Pyrenees), the Abbey of Saint-Martin du Canigou... - Events: Entertainment and concerts in the village centre during the summer. - International freestyle and cross-country skiing competitions (Martin Fourcade training centre) Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet’s garage and private car park, each of which can accommodate one vehicle.
Free public parking is available nearby. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Free shuttle bus at the foot of the chalet during the winter season - A car is essential for excursions - Nearest railway station: Font Romeu station, 8 km away (approx. 12 minutes) - Nearest airport: Perpignan Airport, 88 km away (approx. 1h30) Other notes: - Internet access is free via a 5G Home router. - The wood-burning stove is in working order; wood is provided free of charge - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Chalet les deux marmottes Chalet très bien conçu, spacieux, une belle vue, bien insonorisé qui permet à chacun d’avoir un endroit tranquille. Deux grands halls au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée donnent un espace supplémentaire pour y laisser des sacs par exemple.

Chalet les deux marmottes Logement très bien équipé et agencé pour 8 personnes. Retrait et remise des clés très facile par l’agence qui est réactive et arrangeante. Très bonne localisation pour le ski et même les balades / randonnées.
