House on 2 floors (for max. 8 persons) nestled in a very family-friendly, car-free holiday village located directly by the sea.
The sea is within easy walking distance (150 m).
In addition to an Olympic-sized pool, the holiday village features an oversized swimming and fun pool measuring 3,100 m² with a fantastic water play area.
For the little ones, there is also a separate children's paddling pool and playgrounds.
Furthermore, the holiday village offers 2 bars and 2 restaurants with a pizzeria, a small grocery store, a kiosk, and a laundromat.
The approximately 200 terraced bungalows are family-friendly and simply furnished, situated in a large nature reserve, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday.
Playgrounds, entertainment/mini-club, many sports facilities, the gently sloping beach, and the wide gastronomic variety make the holiday village an ideal holiday destination. The two-story, brick-built 3-room bungalow can accommodate 6, with a maximum of 8 people.
It is located in a central area of the holiday park, close to the pool and playground, making it ideal for families with small children.
On the ground floor, there is the living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a bunk bed, which can be separated from the rest of the living area by a folding sliding door.
Adjacent on the ground floor is a double bedroom, the open, well-equipped kitchen (with dishes, cutlery, pots, microwave), and a toilet/shower (the ground floor accommodates 4 to a maximum of 6 people).
The upper floor (accessible via an external spiral staircase) houses the attic room with two single beds and a separate toilet/washbasin and roof terrace.
A continuous gap between the living room and the attic room ensures good air circulation.
The covered patio with table and chairs and two loungers invites you to relax, while the children can play on the playground.
Approximately 3.5 hours from the Italian border.

ARRIVAL DAY + LENGTH OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure days as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season.
Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is also possible (please notify us before arrival).
The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.
Departure on the previous day is also possible.
However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH A lush pine forest lines the coast between the sea and the holiday village.
The gently sloping sandy beach is only about 150 m from the holiday village (2 minutes on foot) and can be comfortably reached via a footpath.
Both a public and a private beach with loungers and umbrellas are available.
POOL In addition to an Olympic swimming pool, the holiday village features an oversized swimming and fun pool measuring 3,100 m² with a shallow edge for toddlers.
The fantastic water play area with slides will delight children.
For the little ones, there is also a separate children's paddling pool.
Jacuzzi. 1 sun umbrella and 2 sun loungers are available per bungalow.

FAMILY FRIENDLY Thanks to the car-free complex, your little ones can move freely throughout the holiday village without fear.
An entertainment team (German/Italian, partly French) organizes games, competitions, and sports activities during the day.
In the evening, there is entertainment, shows, and dancing (during the high season).
Mini-club (for children aged 4 to 12, 6 days/week), cartoon screenings, computer games.
Playgrounds are also included, of course...
LEISURE AND SPORTS Within the complex, you have the following options: gymnastics, bocce, water sports, aerobics, (beach) volleyball, football, table tennis, dancing, archery, etc.
There are also 2 floodlit tennis courts available within the complex for a fee.
Bicycle rental.
Outside the complex and for a fee, you also have the following options, among others: mountain biking, horseback riding, sailing, surfing, water skiing, canoeing, or banana boat.
The bike and jogging paths in the pine grove are also ideal sports facilities available to you at all times.
SHOPPING There is a minimarket in the holiday complex.

CATERING The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, and pots.

LOCATION
The holiday village is located directly by the sea, making it ideal for families with small children. Casal Borsetti (approx. 16km north of Ravenna), with its beautiful beaches, is nestled in the Po Delta Park amidst pine forests, the lagoons of Comacchio, and the Punte Alberete nature park, which is just a few kilometers west of the village. The nature park, as well as the gentle hilly landscape, offers an Eldorado for nature lovers. The holiday village is located on the outskirts of Casal Borsetti, and the fine sandy beach can be reached via a footpath through a small pine grove in just approx. 150 meters. The holiday village is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport (regular bus connection to Ravenna). The surrounding area offers a variety of enchanting and unforgettable natural beauties! PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Casal Borsetti is located approx. 80 km north of Rimini on the beautiful Adriatic coast. The former fishing village offers a lot of nature and borders the beautiful Po Delta. Here you can enjoy bike tours or walks in the beautiful nature. On Sundays, there is the opportunity to visit the market, and there are also several restaurants or cafés. The province of Ravenna is located on the beautiful Adriatic coast. Those traveling with children should definitely visit the Atlantica water park in Cesenatico. The park offers a lot of fun with countless slides and other attractions. For animal lovers, the Zoo Safari in Ravenna is suitable, where you can visit lions, giraffes, and many other animal species. Also in Ravenna is the amusement park Mirabilandia, which guarantees fun for the whole family with its many rides and attractions! Das Wetter und das Essen im Restaurant.
Dreckiges Bungalow, Spinnennetze überall, Ungeziefer welches durch die Türspalten kommt, Gasherd mit Miniflamme (Wasser kochen wurde zur Geduldsprobe), je nach Windrichtung abartiger Schweinestall ähnlicher Gestank in der Nacht. Unerträgliche Hitze im oberen Stockwerk. Die verdammte unkontrollierte, scheiss laute Beschallung der Animateurinnen am Pool.

das personal war sehr freundlich auch das Dorf war sehr schön, das personal gab sich wirklich mühe gegen die Mückenplage was zu unternehmen
die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig in den Schränke in der Küche fanden wir Schokoriegelpapier und Essensresten , in der Mikrowelle eine angefressene Nusstorte, Reinigungsutensilien mussten wir selber kaufen wie z.b. Schwämme, Spülmittel, Wischmopp.
