The central and family-friendly flat is located in the centre of Rosolina Mare in Italy.

Thanks to its central location, you can get everywhere quickly! The wide and fine sandy beach of Rosolina Mare is just a few minutes' walk away.

Various restaurants, shops and cafés are in the immediate vicinity.

The beach is THE meeting place for young and old and offers entertainment, catering and playgrounds.

The friendly holiday flat Trilo AGITA offers space for a maximum of 5 people (including at least 1 child up to a maximum of 12 years) and is located on the 1st floor.

A bedroom with a double bed and another room with a double bed are available to guests.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, which can be pulled out if required to accommodate an additional person.

The living room also has a satellite TV and a dining area.

The well-equipped kitchen has a cooker, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, WC and washbasin as well as a washing machine.

Air conditioning can also be booked.

The covered balcony with table and chairs is ideal for cosy relaxation or a barbecue (you must bring your own barbecue).

If you are travelling with a small child and require a baby cot, please reserve this when booking.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The beautiful and wide sandy beach can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes.

There you can hire sunbeds and parasols and, for a minimal surcharge, benefit from all the facilities including pool, playground, bar and sports facilities.

If you prefer to set up your own parasol on a free beach, that's no problem! There is a large free beach right next door where this is possible.

The sea is ideal for small children as it is shallow and therefore allows them to play in the shallow water.

In addition, lifeguards ensure their safety every day.

POOL Although the residence does not have its own pool, the beach is only a few minutes' walk away.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The flat is very suitable for families with small children, as it is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches of Rosolina Mare.

There are playgrounds on the beach and, in high season, entertainment is provided throughout the day.

To get to the centre, you only have to plan a few minutes' walk.

Rosolina Mare has many shopping facilities and is very popular for strolling around in the evening or enjoying a good ice cream.

LEISURE AND SPORTS Rosolina Mare is a town where a lot of emphasis is placed on sports facilities.

You can practise various sports on the beaches.

It also has beautiful cycle paths and footpaths.

SHOPPING Shopping facilities are within walking distance.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.

Of course you also have the opportunity to eat in one of the restaurants around the holiday flat.

The varied Italian cuisine awaits you.

PETS A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

SPECIAL FEATURES Two charging stations for electric cars are located just 200 metres from the agency in Via dei Lauri, 1, behind the church of Sant'Ignazio Vescovo e Martire in Rosolina Mare.
