The charming 2-room cottage Tipo B X1 can accommodate a maximum of 5 people and is located on the ground floor or the first floor.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bedroom has its own seating area or, if on the first floor, a balcony.
In the living area, a sofa bed can provide two additional sleeping places if needed.
A well-equipped kitchenette with a stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment is also located in the living area.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, hairdryer, and toilet.
