The family-friendly accommodation is located in the welcoming and well-maintained Bella Austria holiday resort, surrounded by greenery in the beautiful Styria region of Austria.

The partially heated pool invites you for swimming and playing, and a playground offers plenty of fun, while adults can relax in the wellness area with various saunas.

In the small petting zoo, you will find various types of animals, and the nearest riding facility is just a few minutes' walk from the resort.

WiFi, coin-operated washing machines, and dryers are available on site. The Mobilehome Happy Easy can accommodate a maximum of 6 people (including one child up to a maximum of 12 years old/60kg).

The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds and a bunk bed.

The sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping option.

All bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and features a 4-burner gas stove, sink, cutlery, crockery, an Italian espresso maker, pots, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

The covered wooden terrace with a table, chairs, and two loungers invites you to relax, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool.

An electric grill plate is available.

Half-board or full-board can also be booked on site upon request.

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

In this case, departure on the previous day is also possible.

However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking will remain unchanged. POOL The beautiful and newly renovated pool area invites you to relax, play, and dive! The pool is partially heated, making it very child-friendly.

Massage benches and loungers provide relaxation.

Around the pool, you will find either loungers or you can spread out your towel on the lawn and enjoy the sun.

If you are hungry or thirsty, you can dine at the restaurant next to the pool area. FAMILY FRIENDLY The holiday village offers entertainment for young and old and keeps you entertained all day long.

Daily workshops, group activities, and sports tournaments make your holiday unique and allow your children to make new friends.

There is a beautiful playground on the premises for your children, which also allows you some free time for yourself.

If your children love animals, you will find a small farm on the premises with various animal species.

However, holidays should not only be about sports and fun but also about relaxation.

The small wellness facility with various saunas and the massage benches in the heated pool ensure this. LEISURE AND SPORTS Thanks to the great location in nature, you can go on beautiful walks and short hikes.

Those who prefer to be on a sports field can enjoy the football or handball court.

Bicycle rental is available on site, allowing you to take lovely bike tours with your family. SHOPPING The holiday resort has a supermarket where you can find fresh groceries as well as a selection of everyday items.

A larger supermarket is located just a few minutes from the resort. MEALS The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with cutlery, crockery, pots, and a refrigerator.

Shopping facilities are also nearby.

A restaurant, where you can enjoy delicious regional specialties, is also located on the premises. PETS One pet weighing a maximum of 35 kg is welcome upon registration at the time of booking.

The tenant is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 Euros if a dog is brought along.

If everything is in order upon departure, the tenant will receive 100 Euros of the deposit back, and 20 Euros will be retained for extra cleaning. SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS The final cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant.

Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided.

The accommodations are inspected afterwards to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at 40 Euros.
