This central and family-friendly flat is located in the Solmare residence in Rosolina Mare.

The complex is surrounded by woodland and therefore offers plenty of peace and quiet.

Thanks to its central location, you can still get anywhere quickly! The wide, fine sandy beach of Rosolina Mare is just a few minutes' walk away.

Various restaurants, shops and cafés are in the immediate vicinity.

The beach is THE meeting place for young and old and offers entertainment, catering and playgrounds.

The four-room flat Quadri 7Pax AGITA offers space for a maximum of 7 people and is split over two floors.

On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a small balcony, on the second floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with three single beds, the rooms have sloping ceilings.

The living room on the first floor is furnished with a dining area, a sofa and a TV.

The kitchen integrated into the living room has a cooker, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, a coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bidet, WC and washbasin and are located on the 1st floor and the 2nd floor.

A huge plus is the washing machine in the flat! Air conditioning can also be booked.

WIFI available (optional, must be pre-booked).

The balcony is furnished with a small table and chairs and invites you to relax in comfort.

If you are travelling with a small child and require a baby cot, please reserve this when booking.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The beautiful and wide sandy beach can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.

There you can hire sunbeds and parasols and enjoy the playground, bar and sports facilities.

If you prefer to set up your own parasol on a free beach, that's no problem! There is a large free beach right next door where this is possible.

The sea is ideal for small children as it is shallow and therefore allows them to play in the shallow water.

In addition, lifeguards ensure their safety every day.

POOL The residence has a well-organised pool with a separate children's pool, which is at your disposal.

Sun loungers and parasols can be hired on site.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The flat is very suitable for families with small children, as it is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches of Rosolina Mare.

The residence's own pool offers guests a great opportunity to soak up the sun and cool off from time to time.

There are playgrounds on the beach and entertainment is provided throughout the day in high season.

You only have to plan a few minutes' walk to get to the centre.

Rosolina Mare has many shopping facilities and is very popular for strolling around in the evening or enjoying a good ice cream.

LEISURE AND SPORTS Rosolina Mare is a town where a lot of emphasis is placed on sports facilities.

You can practise various sports on the beaches.

It also has very beautiful cycle paths and footpaths.

SHOPPING Shopping facilities are within walking distance.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.

Of course you also have the possibility to eat in one of the restaurants around the holiday flat.

The varied Italian cuisine awaits you.

SPECIAL FEATURES Two charging stations for electric cars are located just 200 metres from the agency in Via dei Lauri, 1, behind the church of Sant'Ignazio Vescovo e Martire in Rosolina Mare.
