Despite its central location, you can quickly get everywhere! The wide and fine sandy beach of Rosolina Mare can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
Various restaurants, shops, and cafes are in close proximity.
The beach is THE meeting point for young and old, offering entertainment, refreshments, and playgrounds. The four-room apartment Quadri 7Pax AGITA can accommodate a maximum of 7 people and is spread over two floors.
On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a small balcony.
On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with three single beds.
The rooms have sloping ceilings.
The living room on the first floor is equipped with a dining area, a sofa, and a TV.
The kitchen, integrated into the living area, has a stove, pots, dishes, cutlery, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, and sink, with one located on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor.
A huge plus is the private washing machine in the apartment! Air conditioning can be booked additionally.
WIFI is available (optional, must be pre-ordered).
The balcony is furnished with a small table and chairs, inviting you to relax comfortably.
If you are traveling with a small child and require a baby bed, please reserve it at the time of booking.
Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 3.5 hours.

If you prefer to set up your own umbrella on a free beach, that is no problem! Right next door, there is a large free beach where this is possible.
The sea is ideal for small children as it has a gentle slope, allowing for play in the shallow water.
Additionally, lifeguards ensure your safety daily.
POOL The residence has a well-maintained pool with a separate children's pool, which is available for your use.
Sun loungers and umbrellas can be rented on site.
FAMILY FRIENDLY The apartment is very well suited for families with small children, as it is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches of Rosolina Mare.
The residence's own pool offers guests a great opportunity to soak up the sun and cool off in between.
There are playgrounds on the beach, and during high season, animators provide entertainment all day long.
It only takes a few minutes on foot to get to the center.
Rosolina Mare has many shopping facilities and is very popular for an evening stroll or enjoying a good ice cream.

LOCATION
The apartment is very centrally located in the holiday resort of Rosolina Mare. Nevertheless, the beach can be reached in a few minutes. From Rosolina Mare, you can visit various sights or tourist destinations. In short, whatever you are looking for, it is all within easy reach.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Rosolina Mare is located about 40 kilometers south of Venice on the beautiful Adriatic coast. Rosolina Mare enchants with its unique landscape, between the sea, pine forest, the mouth of the Adige River, and the lagoon of the Po Delta. The habitats of the Po Delta are fascinatingly diverse, rich in wildlife and rare plant species. Between valleys, lagoons, dunes, and wetlands, you will get to know the flora and fauna. All of this makes an organized or individual trip to the Po Delta an unforgettable experience. Rosolina Mare also offers a wide selection of shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors. The nightlife with pubs and street performers also allows for a relaxing end to the day. A wide, family-friendly promenade and a park are also located in the center. During the holiday season, a multitude of cultural events are held, while fans of sea excursions can also go mackerel fishing. However, Rosolina Mare is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the nearby and wider surroundings. In a short time, you can reach famous art cities like Venice or Padua. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, just half an hour away. It is not called Little Venice for nothing. The palaces and canals with their many bridges are reminiscent of Venice. However, the lifestyle in Chioggia is much more relaxed. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also absolutely worth seeing. For those who prefer a day full of fun, a day trip to the amusement and water park Mirabilandia/Mirabeach (similar to Europa-Park plus swimming fun!!!) in Ravenna is recommended.

Grösse der Unterkunft (Zimmer) war für 7 Personen ok. Lage ins Zentrum und an das Meer war auch ok.
Die Küche muss dringend überholt werden, Geschirr, Besteck etc. hat den Zenit weit überschritten!
