Thanks to its central location, you can still get everywhere quickly! In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the wide and fine sandy beach of Rosolina Mare.
Various restaurants, shops, and cafes are in the immediate vicinity.
The beach is THE meeting point for young and old, offering entertainment, refreshments, and playgrounds. The Trilo 6 Pax AGADR holiday apartment offers space for a maximum of 6 people and is located on the ground floor or the 1st floor.
Option 1: One bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds are available to guests.
The sofa bed in the living room offers two additional sleeping places.
Option 2: One bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a bunk bed and a single bed. The sofa bed in the living room offers one additional sleeping place.

The living room has a dining area and a TV. The kitchen integrated into the living area has a stove, pots, dishes, cutlery, and a refrigerator.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, and a sink.

The covered patio and the garden/balcony with a table, chairs, and a fireplace (if the apartment is on the ground floor) invite you to relax comfortably or even grill (grill must be brought yourself). If you are arriving with a toddler and need a baby cot, please reserve it when booking.
Travel time from the Italian border approx. 3.5 hours.

Or you can take the shuttle bus which runs every half hour.
There you have the option to rent loungers and umbrellas and benefit from the playground, bar, and sports facilities.
If you prefer to set up your own umbrella on a free beach, that's no problem! Right next door, there is a large free beach where this is possible.
The sea is ideal for small children as it has a gentle slope, allowing for play in the shallow water.
In addition, lifeguards ensure your safety daily. POOL The residence has a well-maintained pool with a children's pool, which is available to you. Loungers and umbrellas at the pool can be rented. FAMILY FRIENDLY The apartment is very suitable for families with small children, as it is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches of Rosolina Mare.
The residence's own pool offers guests a great opportunity to sunbathe and cool off in between.
There are playgrounds on the beach, and in high season, there is entertainment provided by animators all day long.
To get to the center, you only need to walk a few minutes.
Rosolina Mare has many shopping opportunities and is very popular for an evening stroll or enjoying a good ice cream. LEISURE AND SPORTS Rosolina Mare is a town where great importance is placed on sports facilities.
Various sports can be practiced on the beaches.
There are also very beautiful cycling and walking paths. SHOPPING Shopping facilities are within walking distance. FOOD The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, pots, dishes, cutlery, and a refrigerator.
Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.
Of course, you also have the option to dine in one of the restaurants around the holiday apartment.
The diverse Italian cuisine awaits you. PETS 1 dog up to medium size (max. 20kg) allowed.

LOCATION
The apartment is very centrally located in the resort town of Rosolina Mare. Despite this, the beach can be reached in a few minutes. From Rosolina Mare, you can visit various sights or tourist destinations. In short, whatever you are looking for, it is all within easy reach.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Rosolina Mare is located about 40 kilometers south of Venice on the beautiful Adriatic coast. Rosolina Mare enchants with its unique landscape, nestled between the sea, pine forest, the mouth of the Adige River, and the lagoon of the Po Delta. The habitats of the Po Delta are fascinatingly diverse, rich in wildlife and rare plant species. Between valleys, lagoons, dunes, and wetlands, you can get to know flora and fauna; all of this makes an organized or individual trip to the Po Delta an unforgettable experience. Rosolina Mare also offers a wide selection of shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors. The nightlife with pubs and street performers is also a great way to end the day comfortably. A wide, family-friendly promenade and a park are also located in the center. During the holiday season, a multitude of cultural events are organized, while fans of sea excursions can also go mackerel fishing. Rosolina Mare is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area and beyond. In a short time, you can reach famous art cities like Venice or Padua. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, just half an hour away. It is not without reason that it is also called Little Venice, as the palaces and canals with their many bridges are reminiscent of Venice. However, the lifestyle in Chioggia is much more relaxed. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also absolutely worth seeing. Those who prefer a day full of fun are recommended to take a day trip to the amusement and water park Mirabilandia/Mirabeach (similar to Europapark plus swimming fun!!!) in Ravenna.
