The accommodation is located in the versatile L'Ultima Spiaggia complex in Sardinia.

The complex is just a few meters from the gently sloping sandy beach, which is ideal for families with small children.

In the complex, you will find a beautiful pool area that invites both young and old to splash around together.

Restaurants, various sports facilities, playgrounds, and much more are also available to guests.

A team of experienced animators also ensures unforgettable holiday moments with the whole family.

Public barbecue areas and a laundry room are also available.

WiFi is available in the complex. The modern Happy Superior mobile home is bright and friendly and offers space for a maximum of 7 people.

The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds.

In the living area, a sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space.

The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and is equipped with a refrigerator (small freezer compartment), 4-burner gas hob, sink, cutlery, crockery, pots, microwave, and filter coffee machine.

The living area features 2 Bluetooth speakers and a USB port.

Mosquito nets are also fitted to the bedroom and living room windows.

The bathroom, located in the master bedroom, has a toilet, sink, shower, mirror, and hairdryer.

The second bathroom is also equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower.

The covered wooden terrace with a table, chairs, 2 loungers/deckchairs, and a hanging chair invites you to relax comfortably while the children can romp around on the playground or by the pool.

Barbecuing is only permitted at the public barbecue area.

If desired, you can book half-board or full-board on site. Note: If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible as we have several properties of the same type. ARRIVAL DAY + LENGTH OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay for your desired season.

Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is of course also possible (please notify us before arrival).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure on the day before is also possible here.

However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged. BEACH Guests have access to a beautiful, gently sloping beach that is ideal for families with small children who enjoy splashing and playing in the shallow water.

The beach is mostly public, allowing you to comfortably settle in on the warm sand.

For the action-loving guests among you, various sports activities such as sailing, windsurfing, or diving are offered on the beach.

Those who want to explore the beautiful bays around the complex can take a boat trip and discover many wonderful beaches. POOL The beautiful pool area invites the whole family to enjoy, romp, and dive together! The various pools are playfully connected by small rocks and waterfalls, making the complex even more exciting for children and giving adults the feeling of being in the tropics.

Around the pool area, there are many plants, trees, and sunbathing lawns.

For a little hunger in between, you can get a snack or a refreshing drink at the pool bar.

For athletes, various water sports courses are offered by the animators. FAMILY FRIENDLY The holiday village offers a mini-club and baby-club.

The animation team organizes workshops, group activities, sports tournaments, themed parties, and theme nights daily for children and adults.

The team also organizes fun and entertaining evenings, dances, disco, and evening shows.

You and your children have the opportunity to make new friends from all over the world.

There is a nice playground in the complex where your little ones can romp around carefree. LEISURE AND SPORTS If you want to stay fit on vacation, you'll be spoiled for choice: tennis courts, table tennis, a beach volleyball court, football, water aerobics, canoeing, boxing classes, and a great climbing wall are available.

Bicycle rental is also available to guests.

Have you always wanted to go diving and explore the underwater world? Take the opportunity and attend a diving course! If you prefer to stay above water, there are water aerobics or the opportunity to try windsurfing. SHOPPING The holiday complex has a supermarket where you can find fresh groceries as well as a selection of everyday items.

Within a few kilometers, there are further shopping opportunities that invite you to stroll. MEALS The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchenette with a gas stove, cutlery, crockery, pots, a typical Italian espresso maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also nearby.

A delicious restaurant, where you can enjoy Sardinian specialties, is also located within the complex.

You can of course also make use of half-board or full-board.

You can book this on site (advance booking is not necessary). PETS One pet weighing a maximum of 30 kg is welcome upon registration when booking.

The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 Euros if a dog is brought along.

If everything is in order upon departure, the customer will receive 100 Euros of the deposit back, and 20 Euros will be retained for extra cleaning. SPECIAL The final cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.

Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc. are provided.

The accommodations are checked afterwards to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at 50 Euros.

High chairs and travel cots can be ordered with your booking if desired (for a fee according to the details in the additional costs) or must be registered at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

It is mandatory to pay for a club card on site for guests aged 4 and over for a maximum of 14 days. ARRIVAL Detailed arrival information will be provided along with your travel documents after booking.
