The Residenz Lagobello has a large park with a beautiful pool (approx. 15 m x 8 m).
The planned opening period of the pool, weather permitting, is from approximately the end of May to the end of September. If you exit the residence from the front, you are directly at a children's playground and within approx. 3 minutes' walk to the public beach.
If you exit from the rear of the residence, you immediately enjoy the convenience of city life, as you can easily walk to the historic town center of Germignaga with its cafes, shops, restaurants, and also Luino (see above) with its ferry port and the famous Wednesday market.
All apartments are tastefully furnished and offer ample living space with comfort, without lacking that certain something.
