In Ver-sur-Mer, we offer you this charming 90 m² house less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers.
It features an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a 1,000 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - 20 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) First floor - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: two single beds - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Exterior - A 13 m² east-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather - A lovely 1,000 m² south-facing garden, private and partially enclosed The house is ideally located in Ver-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities - Ver-sur-Mer beach 350 m from the house - British Normandy Memorial 1 km away - Courseulles- sur-mer 5.5 km (10 minutes by car). - Bayeux 18 km (25 minutes by car). - Caen 26 km (35 minutes by car).
Transportation : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available on the street in front of the house.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Bayeux 18 km (approx. 25 min. by car) - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet 30 km (approx. 35 min. by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
