HASPARREN, C710: This large house is located on the outskirts of the village of Hasparren.
Comprising three levels, this very spacious home has been tastefully renovated throughout.
It is ideal for holidaymakers, whether families or groups of friends, as it offers 14 beds in 11 bedrooms. The ground floor houses the living areas: a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, entrance hall, living room, and TV lounge.
The large entrance hall opens onto the through living room, which features a working fireplace (wood not provided).
The TV lounge is separate. The first floor offers seven bedrooms, a shower room, and a bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms open onto a balcony (with views of the countryside and terrace), and two others have their own bathrooms or shower rooms. The second floor consists of two dormitories and two bedrooms.
A shower room with a separate toilet is also located on this floor.
The large, fully paved terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a table and chairs for dining. Bonus: an outbuilding converted into a games room with a pool table, bar, and pinball machine. NO PETS ALLOWED - INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE - SMOKING ONLY OUTSIDE - Swimming pool open from June 2024 Electric/hybrid car charging station Please note: surface areas are given as floor space.
Some of the upstairs bedrooms have sloping ceilings. Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency). The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure.
This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage.
In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property. Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - House Cleaning C710: €200 - Bed linen (double bed): €20 - Bed linen (single bed): €15 - Towels/person/week: €8 Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

Très bonne surprise dans cette maison basque. La vue est magnifique, les équipements étaient au-delà de nos attentes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
