We are offering this Breton house for rent in the town of Plougastel-Daoulas, with sea views, covering an area of 180 m² and accommodating up to 8 guests.
Ideal for a family or a group of friends, it combines space, comfort and a prime location: an 88 m² living room with three-sided views overlooking the harbour, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), a spacious 1,500 m² garden and a large private car park with space for up to 4 vehicles.
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200), a cot, an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath and shower
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3 (adjoining, accessible and providing access to Bedroom 4): two single beds (90x190) – ideal for children
- Bedroom 4: one king-size bed (180x200) that can be split into two single beds, en-suite shower room
- Separate toilet
Upstairs (with windows on three sides to enjoy views of the harbour and the garden):
- An 88 m² living area with sofas, armchair and TV
- A dining room
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, cot and high chair, iron and ironing board, and a barbecue.

– Upstairs, a 25 m² terrace with garden furniture, parasols and sun loungers available from May to the end of September.
View of the harbour. - A 1,500 m² unfenced garden - A barbecue The house is situated in a residential neighbourhood, 80 metres from the pebble beach, and 5 minutes from the harbour and Moulin Blanc beach (white sandy beach). Supermarkets and local shops are just 5 minutes away. Activities: - Leclerc exhibition centre in Landerneau, 15 km away - Walking trail just 2 metres away - Océanopolis, 6 km away - 30 minutes from the Crozon Peninsula and the north coast of Finistère. Nearby events: - Strawberry Festival in June (costumed parades, floats, funfair, etc.) - Concert and performance venues in Brest (Carène, Arena, Capucins, etc.) - Sailing race at Moulin Blanc harbour Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the two large car parks at the house, each with space for four vehicles. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Brest railway station is 10 km away - Brest-Bretagne Airport is 12 mk away - Bus stop 200 m away Other notes: - The shower taps are 1.95 metres above the floor for child safety. - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic). - Pets are allowed for an additional charge of €15 per stay (only one pet permitted); please specify this when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - The house is no longer heated from 1 May; if required, heating can be requested from the manager (at a cost of €10 per day). The house is in a rural area with easy access to Brest.
The upstairs living area is lovely and and has a wonderful view of the estuary.
Downstairs there are 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms but only one toilet.
Both master bedrooms could easily accomodate a full ensuite, to make this rental excellent

Ty Kap "Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 7 dans cette grande maison bien équipée. La terrasse est très agréable avec une vue sur la rade de Brest.
Nous avons pu profiter des nombreux équipements de la maison notamment le barbecue. La litterie est également très confortable !
