The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this mezzanine studio in the town of Les Angles, with views of the lake and mountains, just a 600-metre walk from the ski resort.
It measures 33 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a 15 m² living area (with a wood-burning stove), a fully fitted kitchen, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of approximately 12 m². The studio is laid out as follows: - A 15 m² living area with a sofa bed (for one person), TV, wood-burning stove (wood not provided) and a dining area - A fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bathroom with shower and vanity unit - A separate toilet - On the mezzanine (accessible via a staircase), two double beds (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot. Outside: - A private balcony of 3 m² - A 12 m² garden shared with two neighbours, with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days The studio is ideally situated in Les Angles, in a very peaceful setting.
A free shuttle bus stops right outside the residence.

Nous avons eu un gros problème avec la personne en charge de la gestion locative : mauvaise indication de l'emplacement du logement et pas d'informations sur l'impossibilité d'accès au logement (parking et escalier impraticables) du fait de la neige. Nous avons fait une réclamation qui n'a rien donné.
