Freitas Paradise is an independent annex of a villa in a quiet and sunny area, ideal for two to four people.
The accommodation is approximately 80 m2 and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room and kitchen with a dining table, and two bathrooms.
Outside, there is a balcony and a terrace with a barbecue, dining table, jacuzzi, solarium, and parking area for guests.
The balcony overlooks the sea and surrounding agricultural land, and from it, you can observe the first and last rays of sunshine of the day on the cliff of the island's most beautiful pier, a phenomenon that gave rise to the name Ponta do Sol, attributed by the Portuguese discoverers.
It is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), TV with international and children's channels, among other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxed stay. LOCATION The accommodation is located in a rural area 115 m above sea level and 500 m from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and some restaurants and cafes.
Ponta do Sol is situated in the southwest of the island, which has the best climatic conditions in Madeira.
A few kilometers away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains, and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
Nearby, various outdoor activities are possible, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing, and other nautical activities.
The property has access to the main roads. NOTES A car is recommended for this location.

There is a road nearby, and therefore, there may be traffic noise, which is reduced by closing the windows.
The entrance to the property is shared with the owner's main house, but the accommodation is independent.
The balcony, terrace, and jacuzzi are for the exclusive use of guests.
We ask all guests to keep food well-packaged so as not to attract insects due to the island's climate.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive, and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
An increase in the number of guests implies an additional charge of up to 10% per person. CONDITIONS 1.
Parties or behaviors that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbors are not allowed, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighborhood noise is prohibited. 2.
An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time, and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival. 3.
Self check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key safe whose code is generated and sent on the day of arrival.
For in-person check-in, an appointment for the time is required, and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time may be scheduled according to our availability. 4.
Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and provide any missing identification details to comply with legal requirements. 5.
Guests must inform us about allergies, medical conditions, or special needs before or immediately after booking to verify compliance and for appropriate measures to be taken.
