Cozy flat with beautiful garden area and communal pool in a complex of 25 flats located on the north coast of the island in the urbanization of Arenal d' en Castell, 300 m from the beach.

It has a magnificent porch with barbecue with comfortable sofas, table and chairs, where you can enjoy long summer evenings.

Spacious living-dining room with TV and Wifi, with a large window giving access to the terrace. Independent kitchen, well equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, fridge, microwave, washing machine, capsule coffee machine and Italian coffee machine.

The ground floor consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, a back terrace overlooking the countryside with table and chairs. In the upper part of the flat, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

No parties or events of any kind are allowed.


Escape Home reserves the right to request a compulsory deposit in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behaviour of the group during the stay have been verified.

Pets are not accepted.

Tourist tax
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

In the event that this tax is not included in the price of the reservation, it must be paid before arrival by card, or at the reception of the accommodation, if it is available in person.
