The house is located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, one of the most beautiful towns in Istria, which is located on the west coast of the peninsula. Historical monuments from Illyrian, Roman and Venetian times await you in Rovinj. The church of Saint Euphemia stands majestically at the top of the city, from whose church tower there is an unforgettable view of the entire city (the first picture on the left). From Rovinj, take a trip to the Palud swamp or to Romualdos Cave on the south side of the Lim Fjord or to the "Cave di Monfiorenzo" quarry, a specific geological "natural monument". Or discover and experience the charming city with countless narrow paths and streets. Distance to the beach: 450m. The place has a beautiful beach surrounded by lush pine forests. Here you will find peace, quiet and relaxation, a crystal clear sea and beautiful beaches. The city of Rovinj guarantees you a variety of activities.
