Overall it is a good choice. However we were not lucky as on the first 2 nights our neighbors in the house opposite were having a loud party and it was hard to sleep. Walls are thin and you can also hear your neighbors in the second half of the building. There are a lot of mosquitos there in July and some mosquitos nets are broken, so be prepared. We were also missing a kettle in the kitchen.
