The room of 20m2 is in a restored house in the center of Vilanova i la Geltrú next to all kinds of shops and restaurants only 5min from Plaça de la Vila, 10min from the beach and 35km from Barcelona's Airport.
It is located on the second floor without elevator.
The room consists of a double bed and a complete private bathroom with shower.
In the common areas you will find a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, living-dining room on the first floor and a terrace with outdoor furniture on the roof.
There is equipment such as a dishwasher, Tassimo capsule coffee maker, air conditioning, winter heating, smart TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included, public parking in the surrounding area and a place with a washing machine and dryer service on the same street.
