In Courseulles-sur-Mer, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 28 m² flat with harbor view, 200 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 people.
Located on the 5th floor (lift to the 4th floor and one floor with stairs), it comprises a 19 m² living room, open-plan fitted kitchen, bedroom and shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 19 m² living room with two armchairs, TV, dining area - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower, washbasin, washing machine and WC The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings.
The centre of Courseulles-sur-Mer with all its shops is just 5 minutes' walk away. Market on Tuesdays and Fridays in the town centre and Sunday mornings in season at the port. Activities During this stay, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of activities: walks or bike rides along the coast, to the marina or to the pretty Edit park, water sports, market, fishing, museum, Casino. Events nearby : - D-Day beach and 6 June festivities Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
Free public parking is available 500 metres away or along the harbour. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Caen station, about 25 km away (about 30 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport, approx. 27 km away (approx. 30 minutes by car) Other remarks: - Keys will be handed over at the Terres de Nacre concierge agency - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Le Répit "Een prima appartement voor twee personen, prachtig uitzicht en zeer schoon. Op loopafstand van het centrum en het strand.
De host reageert snel en is zeer behulpzaam.
Wij hebben ons hier prima vermaakt en komen graag nog eens terug."

Le Répit "Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement au dernier étage. Une vue magnifique pour se lever le matin, idéalement situé avec facilité pour se garer, d'excellents restaurants à proximité ainsi qu'un musée et quelques bunkers du WN31. Des instructions très claires tant pour l'arrivée que pour le séjour et le départ !
