This spacious house features a large living area, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.
With its four comfortable bedrooms, it can accommodate up to six people for a memorable stay! Located in Vicq-sur-Nahon, just a few kilometers from Valençay and its majestic castle, you'll have the opportunity to explore the rich history and treasures of this beautiful region, not to mention the Beauval Zoo.
Whether for cultural adventures or moments of serenity in the countryside, our vacation rental offers the perfect starting point for an unforgettable holiday.
Living Area: Our living area is the ideal place to relax with family or friends.
It features a lounge area with two comfortable sofas, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
The dining area is equipped with a large table where you can share delicious meals and precious moments.
The kitchen, located nearby, is fully equipped and features a central island, providing an ideal preparation area for cooking enthusiasts.
Bedrooms: Our house offers four comfortable bedrooms to accommodate your group.
Two bedrooms have double beds (140 x 190 cm) and one has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), perfect for a restful sleep.
Two additional single beds (90 x 190 cm) are located in another bedroom, suitable for younger family members or extra guests.
Laundry Room: You will have access to a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, making your stay convenient, whether for a short break or an extended visit.
Bathroom: The bathroom in our house is designed for your comfort.
It is equipped with a refreshing shower and a relaxing bathtub, offering you a choice for your relaxation rituals.
Outside: There is private parking in front of the house with space for several cars.
At the rear, a large enclosed garden with a terrace and garden furniture.
Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash): €50.
Towels: €7 per person. €15 per additional person per night.
The price includes: bed linen for the stay, heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption.
If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).
Additional services are available for an additional €50 for end-of-stay cleaning and €7 per person per stay for towels.
Optional services payable on site and to be booked before arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning: €53.19 per stay - Towels: €7.45 per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
