The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming single-storey, detached house in Annœullin to rent. It has a floor area of 80 m² (860 sq ft) and can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a 30 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a veranda and garden of around 40 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Shower room with shower and washbasin unit
- Separate WC
- A veranda with table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 40 m² garden without garden furniture (available before spring).
The house is ideally located in Annœullin, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. Nearby supermarkets include Carrefour, Leclerc, Lidl and Aldi. Large shopping area in Noyelles-Godault, Seclin .
Activities :
- Louvre Museum in Lens about 22km away
- Lille 22km away
- Cycling or walking
- Aquaspot aquatic centre 15 minutes away...
Nearby events :
- Lille Zenith, concerts, exhibitions, football matches, Lens stadium, Gayant Expo concerts in Douai...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Übergabe lief sehr freundlich und unproblematisch. Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand. Schöne Fahrradwege an den Kanälen - leider gibt es im Ort keine Fahrradwege. An sehr heißen Tagen ist der Wintergarten nicht gut nutzbar, d er keine Beschattung hat.

Le monde de Lucy Very nice stay, heartly welcome by the host. Place was clean, spacious. Beds are comfortable. Nice to have a garden. The city is probably not the most exciting/interesting, but that doesn't lower the score of the place.
