From the living room you can access the spacious sunny balcony facing west, where you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings.
The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200) and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space for your clothes. Here you also have access to a balcony with a beautiful sea view.
The bathroom is fitted with light-coloured tiles and a large window. There is a shower, washbasin and WC.
This flat is a non-smoking flat, small dogs are welcome on request. In summer, you can let off steam with your four-legged friend on the designated beach areas. From the beginning of October to the end of March, all sections of the beach are open to dogs.
The car parking space is located directly at the house and is of course free of charge.
