This semi detached, 3 bedroom villa is light and spacious and perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The swimming pool is very inviting on a hot summer’s day.

Villa Maru I has a great location, 5 minutes’ walk from the amenities of Calan Porter, where you’ll find a mini market for all your essentials.

The famous attraction, the Caves of Xoroi, are just a 10 minute walk away.
Calan Porter is an ideal base, being just a short drive from the airport and the capital Mahon.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April.
