This residence consists of 2 apartments not connected by a door. Divided over three floors are spacious bedrooms, some with private bathrooms. The centrepiece is the living area on the ground floor: a modern kitchen, fully equipped, and a large dining area with direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the evening by the fire pit. The accommodation consists of several separate housing units that are not directly connected to each other.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
