- a bathroom with shower,
- a very well-equipped open kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- TV.

You will also find many bars and restaurants nearby (L'essentiel, La Villa sur la Plage, L'Etage Deauville, ...), as well as the thalassotherapy centre 10 minutes away.

Trouville-Deauville train station → 12 min walk
Deauville-Normandie Airport → 10 min by car
