This nice and modern studio of 30 sq. m is located on the 1st floor with elevator and is equipped with :
- a nice 11 sq. m terrace,
- a living-room with a sofa-bed,
- a night corner with a double bed,
- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge),
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment, high chair,
- TV, WI-FI and fan.
Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
