This nice flat is on the 1st floor (with elevator), consists of a living space of 61 sq. m and includes : - a nice living room with a comfortable sofa-bed, - a sunny balcony with a view on Mont-Blanc, - a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), - a bedroom with two simple beds, - a fully-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, micro-wave, hot plates, fridge, dish-washer), - a bathroom with bathtub-shower, - WIFI and TV, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment, high chair, baby bed, ski locker, - an access to the residence private parking. → A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure → We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo → Thanks to our partner Skiset, you benefit from very special rates for your equipment location ! More information when booking. ## Neighborhood Located 5 min away from Sallanches city-center, you will access easily to the shops, restaurants and animations of this charming mountain city.
Both in summer and winter, numerous activities will be accessible by bus or car : Combloux ski runs in 20 min, a lot of lakes including Illettes lake in 10 min, hiking trails on foot or bicycles… Chamonix is also located 25 min away, where you will be able to discover the Mer de Glace and l’Aiguille du Midi. ## Transit From the train station → 3 min by foot From Genève Airport → 1h by car ## Access At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you keys and will assist you during your stay. ## Interaction We will be available throughout your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us if needed. → If you have any further questions, come and see us at our branch at 121 Rue du Général Muffat de Saint-Amour, 74120 Megève → Your Welkeys branch is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9.30am to 6.30pm.
