Situated less than 10 min from the Cours Lafayette, on the 3rd floor of a secure building with elevator, this beautiful modern apartment offers a living space of 60 sq. m with a décor true to the spirit of Toulon.
With its lovely terrace, this one-bedroom, classified 2 stars, includes: - 14 sq. m of shaded terrace with view on the Avenue Colbert and its magnificent palm trees, - a beautiful living space with a comfortable sofa bed, - a charming bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm), - a bathroom with shower, - a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates), - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment and air conditioning, - TV and Wi-Fi. In a 10-min walk, you will be able to enjoy the Provençal market of Cours Lafayette as well as the Mayol Center with its shopping malls; and among the numerous bars and restaurants around your accommodation, we recommend the Gaetano Pizzeria with its lovely view of the marina.
