This cosy and familial 95 sq. m villa on one level includes : - a beautiful 550 sq. m garden, with a large terrace, a nice swimming-pool and a pergola, - a large and bright living room, - a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), - two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm), - an open well equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, hotplates, dish-washer, fridge, freezer), - a bathroom with shower, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment, - TV, stereo, Wi-Fi, fans, - cars can be parked inside the court.
It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail. → A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure → We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo ## Neighborhood Located between the Basque and the Landes Countries, you will be at the best place to fully enjoy the animations of the Coast, while resting in a calm and peaceful environment.
Shops will be just nearby, including a supermarket and several restaurants 3 min by car away, and it will just take you 10 min to join the beach.
