This apartment calm and without overlooking located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), refurbished, consists of a living space of 55 sq. m and includes : - a modern and bright living room, - a bedroom with double bed, - an open well-equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge), - a bathroom with shower and bathtub, - vacuum cleaner, household products, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment, - Wi-Fi and TV.

All shops are in immediate proximity.
Lastly, thanks to the metro just nearby, you will join easily main Paris touristic places. ## Transit The flat is located 10 min away on foot from the metro line 10 (station Boulogne - Jean Jaurès).

Le quartier était fabuleux , l'appartement somptueux c'est un endroit qui nous fait dire que Paris est la plus belle capitale du monde

la table du salon difficile a déplacer pour installer le couchage
tres bon sejour, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.
