This beautiful flat of 50 m² on the 1st floor (without lift), consists of :

- a bedroom with double bed (140 cm),
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a beautiful bathroom with bathtub,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (filter coffee machine, kettle, oven, fridge and induction cooker),
- vacuum, hair dryer, ironing equipment, crib,
- TV, fiber optic internet and WiFi.

Located just a few minutes away from Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, the main town of the Ile d'Oléron by bike or car. In the town centre, you can stroll through its pedestrian streets and discover its weekly markets, its many shops, its cinema and its museum.
History lovers can reach the Château de Bonnemie in the town centre in a 30 minutes car ride, and the famous Lanterne des Morts at a 20 minutes' drive.
Thanks to the nearby bicycle rental, you can easily explore the whole region by bike and leave your car in the car park in front of the accommodation. ## Transit St-Pierre-d'Oléron bus station → 20 min by car Rochefort Charente-Maritime airport → 35 min by car ## Access On arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys. ## Interaction We will be available throughout your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us if needed. ## Notes Please note the following additional charges: - Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€. - Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.
