Located in the heart of the city of Clichy, very close to Paris this charming apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. Close to shops and transports, this apartment will be the perfect choice in order to visit the city of lovers.
Our apartment is situated on the 9th floor with elevator in a living residence, with a breathtaking view over Seine river, consists of a living space of 70sq. m and includes
-a charming living room with comfortable sofa for 1 person
-a bedroom with double bed
-a second bedroom with 2 single beds
-a bathroom with shower
-a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, cooking hobs, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher)
-vacuum cleaner, household products, hairdryer, dryer, ironing equipment, washing machine
-TV and WI-FI
Our apartment doesn’t propose a private parking space but you will be able to park your car in the public parking of the city.
Please note the additional fees below for
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

This apartment is situated in a calm and popular quarter in the north-western part of the city of lovers. All commercial establishments of the quarter are open every day. There is even closed local market which open every Wednesday and Saturday morning. This district is known for its peaceful setting and is therefore one of the safest and cleanest parts of city. The apartment is surrounded by local supermarkets such as Carrefour, Lidl, Franprix, different kinds of local and international restaurants, a public hospital and a parking lot. Seine river, the national stadium and Paris are situated in walking distance from the apartment.

From gare du Nord → 20 min away by transports or 25 min away by car

Bon appartement avec une très belle vue sur la Seine, cuisine très bien équipée, lits confortables.
Très bon accueil et facilitation d accès à la propriété par Adel qui était très gentil et accueillant malgré qu'on est arrivé à une heure tardive (après 22h00)

The host was responsive and helpful when we needed it. The kitchen could’ve been cleaner, but overall the place was nice and we would stay again. Not a lot of hot water though—after one person showered, it was always cold until the next day.
