DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR
I Lecci 3 is on one floor: the entrance (via a flight of stairs) leads to the living room and a kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, oven; the living area has a sitting area with table, which can be used as a PC workstation; access to the covered veranda with dining table, sea view over the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and the surrounding vegetation; the sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk beds; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Near the entrance there is an uncovered parking space.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE DESTINATION AND DISTANCE
I Lecci 3 is located inside the well-kept residential complex called "I Lecci", immersed in the Mediterranean maquis with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs of the area: century-old junipers, wild olive trees, cysts, myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and consists of only 2 buildings in a quiet and secluded setting. The beautiful Ira beach is about 3 km away. A few km away is the popular restaurant with swimming pool 'Stella di Gallura', a popular destination in the summer.
About 3.5 km away, about five minutes by car, you can reach the centre of Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants and well-known nightlife; here you can stroll along the characteristic harbour where yachts of all sizes moor. Numerous restaurants are all nearby and within easy reach: Lu Stazzu (1200 m), I Valentini (1500 m), Locanda Rudalza (1400 m). The nearest bus stop is only 280 metres from the house. The Olbia Costa Smeralda airport can be reached at a distance of 16 km.
