DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR
Villa Bados 6 offers a living area of 120 square metres, with a large covered terrace equipped with a lounge and dining table for eight people. The house has three entrances to the garden, two from the living room and one from the kitchen. The living room is large and bright, equipped with a TV corner and a wooden dining table with benches. A short corridor connects the living room to the kitchen, which is newly furnished with a 4-burner stove, oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and washing machine. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, equipped with an en suite bathroom with bathtub; a twin bedroom with two single beds; and another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The second bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. All rooms are equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes. Being about 150 metres from the water, the house benefits from the sea breeze that is present especially during the hottest hours, making it cool and breezy throughout the day. The veranda faces east, in the direction of Bados beach and the island of Tavolara. The garden, with numerous trees and shrubs of Mediterranean essences, surrounds the house and is partially shared with a second unit. The driveway inside the gate has enough space to park up to two cars. Air conditioning in every room.


INFORMATION ON DESTINATION AND DISTANCE

The villa is about 9 km from Olbia town, which can be reached in less than 15 minutes. A supermarket, fishmonger, bakery, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, parapharmacy and tobacconist are 3 minutes away. Almost opposite the main gate, on the opposite side of the road, is the stop for the N4 bus, which runs every 30 minutes to the other beaches in the vicinity and to the historic centre of Olbia. The Bados neighbourhood is composed of individual villas, many of which are inhabited throughout the year. The neighbourhood enjoys all the main facilities, which are within walking distance: kiosks/restaurant on the beach, complex with bakery-fish shop-bar-hotpot, bar-restaurant-pizzeria Costa Sarda less than a kilometre away. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 kilometre away. The area and surrounding beaches are home to numerous beach kiosks, where you can relax in the evening sipping a glass of wine or a cocktail and enjoying typical appetisers. Some good spots are the Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant in Bados, fish restaurant Trattoria Rossi in Pittulongu, Costa Sarda Bar for a quick lunch with local cuisine.
