The Lookout was a lovely place to stay in Polruan. The window was fantastic place to sit and watch the boats from. The beds are super comfy. Polruan has a well stocked shop and the 2 pubs are next door. The ferry over to Fowey is 2 mins away and you can check when it's coming out of the window! Walks straight from the door in both directions which our spaniel loved and lots of swimming spots.

Locals are very welcoming which add to our visit but would say for first night bring your first meal with you or you will have to go over on taxi ferry to get food as pub food stop's early local I was lucky enough to get food as my mum need food for her meds the chef at the lugger was kind to do us ...
