Located on the border between Deauville and Tourgéville, in a prestigious residence, this superb chic and elegant apartment will offer you all the comfort you need to relax, while enjoying the sea and the beach which are located 30m from the apartment!


With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows

- A large, very bright living room with an open kitchen to a living/dining area offering a magnificent view of Deauville with a small sea view.

- On the night side, you will find two beautiful bedrooms equipped respectively with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and a double bed (140x200cm).

- A high-end bathroom with an Italian-style shower.

- Separate toilet.


The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a quiet area (3 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).


ATTENTION: Facade renovation between December 2024 and April 2025, risk of noise disturbance from Monday to Friday.


For movie enthusiasts, we offer you for free: Netflix, Canal +, Disney +, and Amazon Prime.


Also provided for your convenience: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc... Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


P.S. for tennis lovers, remember to bring your rackets and balls, upon request and reservation with the residence's caretaker, you can enjoy 2 tennis courts facing the sea.


Upon request, we can also offer you a private parking space as well as childcare equipment (high chair, child toilet seat, travel cot).


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive event will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank deposit in case of overflow or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

When staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation.



##Interaction


We will be delighted to personally welcome you to our apartment. Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to best organize your key handover. We wish you an excellent stay with us!



##Neighborhood


Our apartment is located on the border between Deauville and Tourgéville, at the foot of the boulevard de la mer, in a secure prestigious residence. It is located a 15-minute walk from the Deauville-Trouville SNCF train station.



##Notes


Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to best organize your key handover.


Check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.


We do our best to provide you with quality service. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


In case of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen events.


A valid ID may be required upon entry. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.


If additional guests than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person and per night will be deducted from your deposit.
